Tollywood famous hero Prince Mahesh Babu said that Puri Jagannadh had taken his stature to another level with Businessman movie. In this he never mean to say that he was the top number One in Tollywood. The humble star says that there could be other stars that are competition to Maheshbabu.

The latest buzz is that Maheshbabu is not eyeing Bollywood at the moment, his full concentrate in Tollywood.  While Businessman movie was in the making, Maheshbabu saw it as a love story with full of romance because the heroine has a meaty part in the proceedings.  Terming the film as the best one in his career, he could not resist himself from showing his excitement about working in the sequel of the movie.  "Puri Jagannadh has told Ram Gopal Varma the line Businessman 2 part and he hasn't told it to me", he said.  The movie is likely to go on the floors by the ending of this year.

Mahesh Babu Misses That Record Of Chirajeevi. As soon as the amazing first day figures of 'Businessman' were out, straightaway, Mahesh Babu fans challenged to Mega fans that their hero joins with Chirajeevi, who delivered back to back blockbuster hits earlier. It is a known thing that chiranjeevi gave an industry hit 'Indra' in the year, 2002. It was a faction based mass entertainer directed by B.Gopal. Further, chiranjeevi gave another blockbuster hit 'Tagore', which was released in the year, 2003.This message oriented emotional entertainer was directed by V.V.Vinayak. Although this movie cannot be considered an industry hit like, 'Indra', it occupied next best place after 'Indra' in terms of collections then.

And now, based on its first week and second week collections, Mahesh's 'Businessman' is likely to stand as a hit, as per the trade sources. Mega fans are now pointing out that two back to back blockbusters must be necessary for any hero to level the records of 'Indra' and 'Tagore', but not a blockbuster and just a hit. However, Mahesh fans are expressing their confidence that Mahesh is the only hero who could achieve this target in future. Let us hope so.

Businessman Collection Takes Mahesh Babu to Rajinikanth Level. The Businessman star Mahesh Babu is said to be charging Rs.8 Crores plus thirty percent from the total profit of the film. Similarly, ace director Puri Jugannath is asking for a remuneration of Rs.3 Crores plus fifteen percent of the total profit. Looking at this, the producers are sure to get nothing from their movies.
However, grapevine has it that Businessman will do more business than the estimated Rs. 40 Crore. Hence, the prophecy states that Mahesh Babu’s earning per film will be just next to superstar Rajinikanth. Now, it has to be seen how much Mahesh Babu will be charging when he makes his debut in Bollywood.
Every producer who wants to make a movie with big heroes has to deal with one big problem and that is shelling out huge amount as remuneration, whether the movie does well or not. It’s the same case with Tollywood top hero Mahesh Babu.
